Alan has been working on the Software Development industry for more than 12 years. Being an avid agilist, he is experienced in coaching and leading teams working in big/complex projects for fortune 500 companies using agile techniques to make sure everything runs smoothly. Talented in managing people he believes a leader should be able to lead by example and that an equilibrium between motivation and challenge is what brings the best out of everyone.

Coming from a techinal background as a Software Engineer himself, Alan earned his Software Engineering Bachelor's degree in 2008. Later on he earned his PMP, CSM and CSP certifications in 2015, 2016 and 2017 respectively. He's been pulling the strings as Sonatafy's Software Engineering and Operations Manager helping our clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges in the best possible way.
