Responsibilities

  • As an IT Helpdesk support technician, you will provide support in the following way:

  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.

  • Read technical boards/websites, confer with users, and/or conduct computer diagnostics.

  • Participates in special projects as required.

  • Create and update knowledge documentation.

  • Provide support in both English and Spanish.


Skills and Qualifications 

  • Excellent English level required (written and spoken).

  • Great Customer Service skills.

  • IT interest/knowledge.
