Position Summary:


We are looking for IT industry professionals who can act as independent contractors for Sonata and leverage their existing networks and contacts to set appointments for the Sonata executive team to close.

This is a high activity, highly rewarding, 100% commission driven position.


Responsibilities:

  • Work within your network "hunting" and prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing strategies to win multi-million dollar opportunities utilizing the sales process

  • Developing and managing sales-related projects

  • Cold-Calling, Cold-Emailing and assuring prospects attend meetings

  • Leverage your engagement prowess and communication skills to drive meaningful Digital Transformation conversations with key personas within target industries and prospect accounts

  • Provide your networking experience with trade industry organizations, forums, and events

  • Be enthusiastic about your door opening, table setting role

  • Required Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Be a senior professional with an established network of current and relevant deep contacts

  • Maintain a demonstrable, significant network (I.e. 500+ LinkedIn contacts) of senior-level buyers and influencers in target industries and at prospect accounts

  • Have sufficient technical knowledge to deliver elevator pitches on IT-related solutions

  • Demonstrate acute business acumen to enable high-bandwidth conversations with stakeholders across target organizations

  • Experience selling to large corporations and presenting senior IT professionals and C-Level suite

  • Solution-oriented, consultative sales approach

  • Superior communication and negotiation skills

  • B2B Sales Experience

  • Technology Sales

  • Motivated to learn and self-starter

We currently have positions available in most major cities throughout the US and North America


Compensation:

This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.

Commissions are paid monthly alongside with client contracts. Most contracts are for at least 1 year. Contracts can range from 5 to 50 team members placed.
