Fox studios wanted to increase installs of the Latin American Fox Studios mobile application and set up a team of 10 call center sales reps calling consumers throughout Latin America. The goal was 200 calls per sales rep per day to accelerate installations.


Within 3 weeks, the team was hitting their daily goals weekly installed targets were being hit, and detailed reporting was being sent on a daily basis to the client. Over the course of the following 6 months, Fox studios would have a significant increase in installs of their mobile applications across multiple countries in Latin America.
